DELIVERIES


• Standard Signed for delivery with Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce (Carrier dependant on weight and size of parcel)

• Estimated delivery time 3-5 working days from receipt of payment

• Small Items £2.95  (£9.95 Europe*  £14.95 Rest of World*)

• Medium Items £5.95  (£19.95 Europe*  £24.95 Rest of World*)

• Large Items £9.95  (£29.95 Europe*  £34.95 Rest of World*)

• If more than one item is purchased at a time, the postage will be charged once (UK only), for the largest item. For example, if you were to purchase a washbag and a cushion, only the postage rate for the cushion would be charged. • If you by multiples of the same size item, the postage charge will only be charged once. For example, if you purchase two or three medium sized items on one order, you would pay £5.95 once. • Please contact pillo via email if you wish for us to organise an alternative postage arrangement (info@pillolondon.com)

RETURNS

• If you would like to return your purchase, please do so within 21 days of receiving it.

• The returned items must be in the same condition as they left us. Any items that have been used or shows signs of customer damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

• Please complete the returns form that will be sent with your order. 

• Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. 

• Please post the item(s) back using the return address label provided in your parcel and using appropriate packaging. Please contact us if you have mislaid the returns address label or returns form and we will resend. 

• We strongly recommend that you return items via a registered mail service so that you have proof of despatch in case a parcel is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

• Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.

FAULTY GOODS

• If you received a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please see the terms and conditions page regarding information you should be aware of when purchasing a vintage item from pillolondon.com. • We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged sufficiently to survive their journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time. • Please contact us immediately via email and reference your order details, the damage detail and preferably a photo of the damage. We will ask you to return the item and compensate you for the postage and packaging and refund your initial purchase and delivery charge immediately.
